EMSL Analytical, Inc. is pleased to announce that its Charlotte, North Carolina laboratory has added a new accreditation through the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) Industrial Hygiene Laboratory Accreditation Program (IHLAP). EMSL has been approved for Inductively-Coupled Plasma Spectroscopy (ICP/OES) by the NIOSH 7303 Method and Atomic Absorption (CVAA) by NIOSH 6009 Modified Method.
EMSL Charlotte (Laboratory ID: 192283) is in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 international standard and AIHA-LAP, LLC requirements.

EMSL’s Charlotte laboratory is an AIHA approved laboratory for environmental lead and environmental microbiology testing services. The laboratory also participates in AIHA ELPAT (paint chips, soil, dust wipes) and AIHA EMPAT (fungi) proficiency testing. EMSL Charlotte also specializes in Polarized Light Microscopy (PLM) and Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) for the state of Virginia.
