EMSL Canada, Inc. is hosting a NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course on Tuesday, April 18 through Friday, April 21, 2017 in Ottawa, Ontario. The class will be held at the RA Centre located at 2451 Riverside Drive, Ottawa, ON K1H 7X7.
The NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course will cover a course overview, asbestos regulations, phase contrast microscopy (PCM) and the NIOSH 7400 Method. This training will also provide in-depth sampling information such as sample receiving, handling, preparation, analysis and reporting. In order to receive a NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course Certificate, attendees must attend the entire three-day training sessions, analyze PT samples within the acceptable limits and successfully complete the written exam.
