EMSL Canada, Inc. announces its hosting a NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course on Monday, June 11th through Thursday, June 14 in Mississauga, Ontario. This four-day course will be held at the Corporate Event Centre at CHSI and will run from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
This course covers all aspects of sampling and analysis using the NIOSH 7400 Method. Proper equipment selection, calibration of equipment, sampling, sample preparation, sample analysis, calculation of results, quality assurance and quality control are all covered.

In order to receive a NIOSH 582 Equivalency Course Certificate, attendees must attend all of the training sessions, analyze PT samples within the acceptable limits and successfully complete the written exam with a passing grade of at least an 80%.
