Title Emergency Readiness Solutions Highlighted During National Preparedness Month 2026
Introduction EMSL Analytical offers industrial hygiene, environmental, infection control, and material testing services, monitoring technologies, and safety resources to help organizations strengthen resilience before and after disasters.

Cinnaminson, New Jersey, September 2, 2026

September marks National Preparedness Month (NPM), an annual campaign led by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to promote emergency readiness and encourage businesses, institutions, and individuals to prepare for unexpected events before they occur.

Today’s property owners and facility managers face a growing range of potential threats, including severe weather events, flooding, wildfires, mold contamination, public health emergencies, infrastructure failures, and other environmental or operational disruptions. Effective preparedness strategies require access to trusted resources that can help assess risks, protect workers and building occupants, and support recovery efforts.

“Preparedness is no longer just about responding to emergencies, it’s about building resilience into daily operations,” said Joe Frasca, Senior Vice President of Marketing at EMSL Analytical, Inc. “Organizations need dependable testing services, monitoring equipment, inspection tools, and protective solutions that allow them to quickly identify hazards and make informed decisions during and after an incident. EMSL Analytical remains dedicated to supporting facility managers, property owners, schools, healthcare institutions, and businesses with the resources they need to strengthen preparedness and continuity planning.”

EMSL Analytical operates a network of accredited laboratories that provide industrial hygiene, environmental, infection control, indoor air quality, and material testing services. The company also supplies test kits, sampling equipment, building inspection tools, monitoring instruments, and personal protective equipment designed to help identify hazards, reduce exposure risks, and support safer indoor environments year-round.
