Project Experience: ID Mechanical Equipment

A client of ours, another analytical firm, needed to identify an unknown brownish-purple residue in some of their client’s of mechanical equipment. Through laboratory analysis, EMSL was able to determine the identity of the residue as a fine oil-water emulsion but also was able to assist in determining the cause.
